Making Wooden Wheels on the Table Saw

This is not really a safe way to make wheels! The table saw is probably the most dangerous woodworking tool, a band saw would be much safer for making wheels, but I don't have one.
I'm using exterior grade film coated plywood, since these wheels were used for the outdoor magnetic sweeper I made last week. The plywood is quite thin, but good enough for my purpose. Wheels can be made in any thickness, limited only by the height the saw blade can rise.

I've used this method and it works great! But inner tube rubber does not stand up to weathering well.

I thought the jig saw, which you had, would have worked OK too.

Per Shop The jig saw isn't precise enough to get it perfectly round. You can get close, but not perfect.

What would be the smallest circle that you can cut using the similar jig on a regular or full size table saw?

Could be! I'm from Europe and most furniture manufacturers use this kind of screws and keys, so I have lots of them, and some are from ikea.

Cool idea to use this kind of rubber for the wheels. Was it luck that it fits perfectly or was it planned by choosing the wheel size? In the video thumbnail it seems that you use bearings or washers? Thanks for showing

It was kinda luck. The wheels needed to be a certain dimension. Then I looked for tubing, but there are lots of options, two or three sizes for bicycles, two or three for wheelbarrows, then you get motorcycles and cars, for larger diameters, even trucks if necessary. All used and free if possible :) I used washers, but bearings can be used easily, you just need to drill an appropriate size hole for them.
